Nevada Yearly Blood Lead Data
The Nevada Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (NvCLPPP) monitors blood lead level (BLL) testing and results across the state to track trends, identify high-risk areas, and support prevention efforts. This page provides a high-level overview of annual childhood lead testing in Nevada. These data contain both venous and capillary test results and were compiled on a person-based level, where each child was counted only once. When multiple tests were completed for the same child, the highest venous result was used; and if no venous result was available, their lowest capillary test was used.
Check out our Annual Report page for more in-depth looks at statewide and county-level data on testing, case rates, and factors associated with lead exposure risk.
